BIO COCONUT FLOUR
Coconut flour can be a good source of fiber in a diet. Additionally, it does not contain gluten what is important for people intolerant to gluten.
Instruction for use: Add 1-2 tablespoons to drinks, baked goods, gratins, soups, hot-served cereals. In traditional baked goods, it is worth to replace the wheat flour by 15-20% of coconut flour remembering to increase the amount of water in the formulation or add coconut oil, which keeps moisture and softness of dough. It is ideal for use in gluten-free recipes. A natural feature of coconut flour is its clumping, because it has a high water holding capacity. Therefore, it should be sift before the use.
