BIO COCONUT SUGAR
Coconut sugar has a slightly sweet flavor, similar in its sweetness to that of brown
sugar, and a subtle hint of caramel. The primary carbohydrate present in coconut
sugar is sucrose. Other carbohydrates include glucose and fructose. The glycemic
index of coconut sugar is relatively low and amounts to 35.
Directions: Use like brown sugar, as a substitute for sugar, to sweeten coffee, tea, as
well as for baking and cooking.
