Quinoa is a source of value proteins and also has a high content of fibre. It is perfect add
to vegetable and meat dishes as a substitute of rise and groats. The product is also
suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Usage: The product is ready after preparation: grain quinoa before cooking rinse under
running water (if the water is not foaming, just one wash, otherwise rinse 2 - 3 times).
Pour 1 cup of beans to boiling water (500 ml) and cook on low heat under a cover for
about 15 minutes. When the beans emerge small white tails, this means that quinoa is
almost ready. After cooking, let stand for 15 minutes.
